In daily work, accuracy is everything. A careful reading of commercial documents such as quotations and order confirmations makes the difference in terms of speed and efficiency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our documents\u2019 layout was purposely designed to be clear, simple, and intuitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The upper part of the document shows, on the left, the identification data of ARTEN SRL<\/strong>, while on the right, under the heading \u201cDEAR\u201d the name of the customer <\/strong>who requested the quote or formalized the order. If the destination <\/strong>of the goods does not correspond to the head office, it is possible to indicate an alternative delivery address, which will be highlighted in the adjacent section; in this case it is essential to communicate this information as the same time as the order is placed, to ensure timely and proper logistics management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below the header are the customer’s main details, including VAT number<\/strong>, telephone number<\/strong>, any internal reference<\/strong>, and our document number<\/strong>. Careful verification of this information is always recommended, as it forms the basis for proper order processing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The central part of the document presents a detailed overview of the required products. Each item is identified by a code<\/strong>, which is useful to facilitate identification of the chosen configuration. Next to the code is the full description <\/strong>of the product, which may include, depending on the case, the type, material, dimensions, frame height, handwheel code, and gasket type. If there are customized requests, the description will also be customized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the right of the description is the quantitative data: the quantity <\/strong>expressed in numerical units, the unit price <\/strong>(image for illustrative purposes only<\/em>), and, in the case of an order confirmation, the expected date <\/strong>of goods readiness. It is important to note that this date does not correspond with the delivery day but refers to the availability of the products ready for shipment \u2013 collection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
