1.Is it possible to use a MANHOLE COVER as a MANWAYDOOR?
Absolutely not! Manholes and manways are designed for two DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS. Manholes are designed to withstand only light pressure (except for our 520 series model), and they are located at the top of the deposit. Manwaydoors, on the other hand, are installed on the side and are used for higher pressures.
Using a manway instead of a manhole doesn’t cause any problems, but the opposite will compromise the seal.

2.Why do delivery times vary between different items?
Production times depend on various elements, including the quantity of parts required, the availability of semi-finished products, production organization, the presence of essential accessories (such as gaskets), and the complexity of the item.
Standard articles can be ready in a few days, while the more complex and personalized items may take several weeks.

3.How can I choose the correct gasket?
We always let the client determine the most appropriate gasket, after previous consultations with the plant designer; it is essential to consider the chemical resistance of the material in contact with the gasket, operating temperature (maximum and minimum), wear resistance and conditions inside the deposit.
If necessary, and only in an advisory capacity, our technicians can always assist plant designers in identifying the gasket with the most suitable compound.

4.Can I purchase the spare parts?
Of course! If you need to replace one or more components of a product, simply contact our sales department, which will identify the necessary parts. For an easier process, we suggest giving right from the initial contact stage, the codes of the components (if available) or a picture of the piece you must change.

5.How can I request a custom manwaydoor?
If you require a non-standard product, simply indicate the desired dimensions, final use and any additional features during the quotation phase. Our sales staff, together with the technical department, will take care of the design and manufacture of a custom-made manway to meet your needs.

6.Will you introduce new articles in your catalogue?
