We have always paid attention to the quality and precision of our workmanship, and frame shaping is one of those aspects that distinguish us in our sector.

We have always been used to talk about the bending of the oval manways model 308, 309, 309IG and 324IG, which is done by curving the frame by molding it to the diameter of the tank. However, other types of frames can also be shaped: in this case, instead of bending, we made a curved cut also calibrated to the required diameter. It will be the responsibility of our technical team to identify the appropriate height of the frame that will allow its precise and compliant cutting. The result is precise and uniform shaping, which improves both the aesthetics and functionality of the final product, optimizing its application to the final structure.

This technique, which we already offered in the past, now reaches a new level of accuracy with the introduction of our new laser cutting system. With the new machine we are able to shape any type of flat frame with thickness from 6/8 mm and up, managing the whole process in-house and ensuring the highest quality and speed of production.
