We strongly believe that quality products and efficient service are no longer enough in the world we are living in. Nowadays companies and people travel to a more complex direction: differentiation. Giving a very good standard service is not enough, you need to understand the importance of offering a personalized product or service. We are convinced that listening to the customer’s experience is essential, to grasp never expressed needs that may make the difference. Taking care of this important process is fundamental to discover some problems that the customer has always managed on his own, but that could be solved more easily by the supplier.
During the years, we have established some business relationships which are based on the study of the single application, thanks to inspection and/or meticulous verification from our technical department. This allowed us to identify specific problems and propose better solutions. Our technical department is committed to a dialog with the customer, to find together optimal solutions and personalized modifications for the realization of projects based on a drawing, and after a while these processes become part of our standard process.
Today we show you an example of product’s personalization. The project you can see in the pictures has been realized for a company who produces machinery for the dairy industry.
It’s a diameter 1000 mm manhole ART 1091, with another manhole diameter 150 mm welded above for inspection. Then, there are three different holes on the cover that the customer will use to mount further components. The internal part of the frame has a BA finishing.
In the future we will show other types of personalization, like for example the welding of sight-glasses, valves and sleeves, different types of finishing and technical details.
