In fact, according to ARTEN’S company policy, being able to verify the quality of the purchased items for free is an essential right of the customer. This is the reason why a new tool has been created, which allows the customer to get the material certifications in a simple, quick and autonomous way.
From the 1st of January 2021, it is possible to download the 3.1 (stainless steel), FDA and 1935/2004 (gaskets) certifications directly from our website. By typing www.arten.it/certificati , the customer will have complete access to the certifications in any moment.
In order to download the certificate of a stainless-steel component, the only thing necessary is the lotto number written on the document of transport/invoice or printed directly on the product.
Regarding gaskets’ certifications, on the website there is a proper section called “GUARNIZIONI”. By clicking on the green bar, the customer will find all the types of material we supply and, with a second click on the one of his interest, he will download directly the PDF file.
Thanks to this new tool, ARTEN is demonstrating again its professionalism and accuracy regarding the topic of the raw material’s traceability, which is a basic assumption of the production process, according to the MOCA regulation that ARTEN follows meticulously.
