We are proud to announce the addition of the new Penta Laser BOLT VII PRO 3015 to our production facilities, equipped with the Compact PLA automatic loading and unloading system. This significant investment confirms our commitment to continuously innovating our manufacturing department and providing our customers with increasingly precise, fast, and reliable processing services.
The system combines a high-performance laser cutting machine with an automatic loading and unloading unit, enabling continuous production cycle management while minimizing manual intervention. This configuration improves operational efficiency, increases production capacity, and ensures greater consistency in the quality of the manufactured components.
From an operational standpoint, the system can process sheet metal with thicknesses ranging from 0.8 to 25 mm. It can manage sheets up to 1500 x 3000 mm and move loads of up to 800 kg using the automatic manipulator. The carts used for raw materials and finished products each have a load capacity of 3 metric tons, while the maximum height of the incoming material stack can reach 250 mm.
To ensure the highest process quality, all our machines are calibrated using nitrogen. Furthermore, the support spikes and all machine support throughout our equipment fleet are made of stainless steel to avoid material contamination during processing and handling operations.
Supporting the entire production process is a central control system that automatically coordinates both the laser machine and the automation equipment. Intelligent work order management enables efficient production planning, optimizing manufacturing times and improving the use of available resources. This combination of advanced laser technology and automation provides greater flexibility in handling both high-volume production runs and more complex manufacturing operations, while maintaining high quality standards.
