Sales process management

Efficiency is fundamental for us. We work with the aim of maximizing every internal process. We analysed and studied the processing requests to create a very well organized and effective system.

ANALYSIS OF THE REQUEST

Once we receive a request, our sales department try to answer as quickly as possible. If the customer sends complete information to identify the suitable product, we directly prepare the offer. On the contrary, we ask for more technical details, to be able to guide the customer towards the right choice. Then, we send the offer complete with price, payment conditions and delivery time; it will be valid for 5 days. Special requests of non-standard products require our sales department to collaborate with the technical office and, before starting the production of the customized item, the technicians prepare a specific drawing which must be approved by the customer. The offer is considered accepted when we receive a written order.

ORDER ENTRY

After receiving the official order by e-mail, the sales departments go ahead by entering it and preparing the order confirmation. This document is valid to put the order into production and has executive value, so it needs to be checked and approved by the customer with stamp and signature.

FOLLOW UP

If an offer is not confirmed, the sales department will ask for feedback to understand why the customer did not buy. The answers they collect are very useful to understand how to act to improve the percentage of positive closure of the offers and what we need to work on.

SHIPMENT

We allow the customers to choose their trusted forwarder (ex-works: the customer takes care of the transport), or we manage the shipment and put the cost in the invoice (carriage paid to). In the first case we give all the needed details for the collection, in the second one we take care of the shipment supporting the customer until the goods are at the agreed destination.

AFTER SALES SUPPORT

After the sale is done, we make sure that the customers are satisfied and, in the case of problems or eventual further needs, we help them by offering our support.
